Thank you for your participation in this year’s advertising book and for your support of the Lawrence C. Perry Scholarship Fund! We are delighted to celebrate our 19th Annual Recital this year as we present, “Good for the Soul”. Please complete the Ad Form with payment. File Name and Email Subject line should read dancer’s first and last name with ad size:

Contest/Contract Deadline is May 13, 2024. Ads placed after this date (space permitting) will require an additional $20 late submission processing fee.
